Summer 2022 Date Ideas

Summer is always fun in Chicago. There are many events taking place in the Summer of 2022. There are also many restaurants and other activities we can explore together outside of the city as well.

• Boat Bonanza: It's officially summer, so you know what that means, it's boating season. We can attend the United States Sail Grand Prix this summer. It takes place June 18-19 in Chicago this year. We can watch from your boat or on land. Find tickets HERE.

• Astronauts in the City: Let's have dinner at Catch 35 then go star gazing at the Adler Planetarium. The night sky is beautiful but it can be hard to see the stars living in the city. The Planetarium has a powerful telescope that'll allow us to view the stars without the infringing light pollution.

• Art & Alfredo: The Art Institute has beautiful rotating collections filled with many different forms of art, from costume design to painting, we could get lost in the wonderful world of art & expression. Afterwards, let's head to Italian restaurant, Monteverde, for alfredo and more.

• Play. Eat. Play(again): We can unleash our inner playfulness at Punch Bowl Social. From ping pong to bowling, they have a variety of games that we could play. Next, we'll have dinner at Picollo Sogno. After games, food & drinks, we can move playtime back to your place.

• Dancing & Spanish food: First, we can have dinner at Bocadillo Market. Then, we'll head out for a night on the town, filled with dancing and music at one of the many clubs in Chicago. We could also take a Salsa, Swing or other dancing class together.
